Mortgage Lead Filters
When searching for mortgage leads it is important be able to narrow down
the search. At PQS we offer numerous different filters to help you find
the leads that fit you best.
Unlike many lead companies, PQS does not charge extra for filters. Below
is a summary of the FREE mortgage lead filters we offer.

| States | You can select your leads by state: CA, FL, NY, CO, VA, PA, etc. | No Charge |
| Credit Level | You can select your leads based on the applicants credit level: Excellent, Good, Fair, Poor | No Charge |
| Loan Amount | You can select loans based on the loan amount. Set a minimum and maximum loan amount to establish the range of leads you would like to recieve. For example you can state that you only want to recieve leads with a loan amount between $150,000 and $300,000. | No Charge |
| Loan-To-Value | You can also specify the Maximum LTV amount that the you can lend against. 75% LTV | No Charge |
| Lead Type | You can select leads by loan type. Purchase Mortgage Leads, Refinance
